Halloween is this weekend and the one time out of the year that you can dress up in whatever costume you like, no matter how scary or sexy that may be, without judgment!!! So that being said, here are just a few local Halloween events going on this weekend :
Oct 31 & Nov 1 - Pumpkin carving contest, costume contest, over 10 pumpkin ales on tap
Funky Buddha located at 1201 NE 38 Street, Oakland Park, FL 33334 :
Oct 31 - Costume contest, food trucks, a haunted photo booth and several special releases of Funky Buddha beer including Sweet Potato Casserole!
Mai-Kai's "Hulaween" Party located at 3599 N. Federal Hwy., Fort Lauderdale :
Oct 31- half off drinks and appetizers at this Polynesian-themed restaurant so come out in your best costume if your are looking to get lei-ed.
Himmarshee Street Halloween Block Party located at 201 SW 2nd Street, Fort Lauderdale :
Oct 31- events go on all day and night from 10 am - 4 am. DJs, food, cocktails and costumes!
